Terms & Conditions

  1. Shiprocket Social does not charge any fees for listing an item for sale. Shiprocket Social only charges a commission, for each transaction fulfilled on its platform. Such commission shall be based on the ‘Commission Plan’ selected by the seller.
  2. The default ‘Commission Plan’ shall be activated upon a seller signing up on the platform. The default commission plan shall be at the rate of 0% of the sale price for each transaction fulfilled on the platform.
  3. There is no extra fee for Kanvas. You will be charged as per your active commission plan whenever you get an order.
  4. Shiprocket Social Kanvas is powered by Shiprocket Social . In addition to the subscribed commission plan, Shiprocket Social shall charge a 18% GST on Commission for any transaction fulfilled on its platform. This includes 18% GST on commission and will apply to all sellers who are subscribed to any of our commission plans.
  5. The commission and GST shall be deducted from the sellers’ wallet once the order is delivered. In case the seller cancels an order after a shipment is created, we will deduct commission.
  6. The seller may view the history of the ‘Commission Plan(s)' that were chosen from the date on which the seller signed up on the platform, on the sellers’ web panel.
  7. The seller may opt into a ‘Commission Plan’ that includes/ offers certain marketing services, to promote the seller’s products, thereby driving higher sales for the seller. However, the Seller hereby agrees and acknowledges that Shiprocket Social does not guarantee the number of orders the seller may receive, by opting/ selecting ‘Commission Plan(s)’ that include marketing services.
  8. All ‘Commission Plans’ selected by the seller previously are nullified after the current plan is selected.
  9. Shiprocket Social reserves its right to amend/ modify the ‘Commission Plans’, at any time, without obtaining any consent from the seller. Such amendments/ modifications may include, but shall not be limited to:
    1. Excluding certain products/categories from a ‘Commission Plan’; and/or
    2. Increasing or decreasing the commission rates on specific products/categories. In the event of any such modification to the ‘Commission Plan’, Shiprocket Social may notify the seller about the same, via e-mail, or by updating its terms and conditions page or other means.
  10. Shiprocket Social does not guarantee exclusive promotions for the sellers.
  11. Shiprocket Social reserves its right to choose the marketing channel and strategy to promote the products or shop.
