How many of you have spent thousands of rupees on accessories? Well, I don’t know about you but I have. And I have a thing for neckpieces. Necklaces have this amazing ability to compliment any outfit and one looks instantly fashionable. SO, what if I tell you that you don’t have to spend as much money yet have the most boho-chic necklace. You heard me right! Follow this step by step DIY, by the end of which you will have a unique piece of necklace all ready to take any outfit.
Material required
Scissor, metal wire, chain and coloured stone.
Step 1
First, think of the kind of design you want. This is important as you cannot go about randomly coiling the wire around the stone, it might look disastrous. Now that you have decided what you want to see as the outcome, you might as well start by gently coil the metal around the stone. Don’t take a large stone as it may look appealing. When you are satisfied with the design then take the wire to the upper end of the stone and make space like you have seen in other necklaces, this space is for the chain.
Step 2
If you are done making one then get more creative and make two or three more. You can make one one that has been vertically coiled all over. Another one that has been horizontally coiled. Make the third one very tightly at the upper portion of the stone, leaving the lower portion empty. Make the fourth stone as randomly as you want. Let your craziest ideas flow in this one.
Step 3
I assume you already have a chain ready to take on your metal wired stone pendant. So, take the plain chain and insert it into the space you have made with the wire. There you go, your self-made boho necklace is ready to rock.
