10 musthave makeup products for summer brides

First of all, yay you’re getting married! Secondly, for some reason you’ve decided on a wedding bang in the middle of summers/monsoons and you like most brides-to-be are worried about how you’re going to get that makeup to stay! The one thing that tops the ‘OMG Kill me now’ list of most summer brides is – how do you manage to NOT look like something that’s just been pulled out of an oil tank, and how to achieve that perfect peachy, dewy, happy bride look.

Well, try not to worry, as we have here a list of products that will help you get that gorgeous glowy perfection on your D Day.

1. Oil Free Primer

The bane of my existence in summers is the oil that gathers on my face, like flies flocking to sweets. Ugh! The first step to have an oil free day in summers is to avoid moisturizers and use an oil free primer.

Products that I love:

  1. Benefit POREfessional

  2. L’oreal Paris Base Magique Primer

2. Eye primer

To make sure that your eyeshadow doesn’t disappear in a few hours, please apply some eye primer, which most people tend to ignore.

  1. Revlon Photo Ready Primer+ Brightener             Revlon-PhotoReady-Eye-Primer-Brightener-02
  2. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion               Urban-Decay-Eyeshadow-Primer-Potion-04

3. Liquid Eyeliner

As much as you love your Kajal, please don’t wear it to a summer wedding unless you want to end up looking like a panda. Liquid eyeliner is the way to go in summers.

Products that I love:

  1. MAC Black Track                                                               images
  2. Number 17 Tatto Me eyeliner                                                       s-l225

4. Blush – tinted & powder

Stay away from cream-based blushes in summers as they tend to come off super easily. Go for a tinted blush like Benetint or a powder based blush. For extra pigmentation, apply a tint followed by a powder blush on top.

Products that I love:

  1. Benefit Rose Tint & Posie Tint                              orig
  2. Nars Orgasm

Say bye to your oily skin woes with blotting papers for a summer wedding.
